Group Fitness
The Office of Recreational Services offers an array of exercise classes that fit all fitness levels such as Cardio Sculpt, Yoga, Aqua Tone, Turbo Kick, Zumba, Abs and much more. To participate in any of the fitness classes, show up at the scheduled class time and location ready to get fit.

Fall Class Descriptions
Aqua Tone: Water Aerobics! Class is held in the pool (Room 109). No swimming skills required. Use of water weights, kickboards and other equipment enable a whole body workout while bearing very little weight on joints.
Box Fit: Power punching and kicking combination drills, interval training improving cardio, overall strength and balance. No Choreography.
Cardio-Sculpt: Moderate to high-intensity class designed to be a full body cardio and resistance training workout complete with all major muscle groups being targeted. A great stress-reliever and high-sweat class! All participants are welcome.
Core and More: Comprehensive core/abdominal workout coupled with short intervals of cardio training. Get the 6 pack you’ve been waiting for!
Crunch Time: Twenty minutes of great core exercises. It is ideal for a quick abs workout or in addition to a longer class.
PiYo: Unique, athletic blend of Pilates, Yoga, and more. The moves fit perfectly together to form choreography that is both fun and challenging. Some may refer to it as yoga for the active mind.
Swim Trainer: Improve your stroke, endurance, and confidence in the pool! This class is intended for intermediate to advanced swimmers and will offer a group workout with an experienced instructor.
Track and Tone: Improve your running with this moderate to high-intensity cardio class combined with short intervals of resistance training and ab work.
Turbo Kick: Challenge yourself with athletic moves, sports drills and intense intervals in the form of kickboxing with a hip hop flare. Make your workout feel like a party!
Yoga: All levels welcome with instructions for beginners, intermediate and advanced versions of yoga poses. Great class to relieve stress.
Water Running: A great cardio workout! Get in great shape without any impact at all! This class incorporates running with resistance in both the shallow and deep ends of the pool.
Zumba: Ditch the workout; Join the party! This class fuses Latin rhythms with easy to follow dance moves
