Group Exercise
Recreational Services offers an array of exercise classes that fit all fitness levels such as Cardio Sculpt, Yoga, Aquatone, Turbo Kick, Basic Step, Abs and much more. To participate in any of the fitness classes, show up at the scheduled class time and location ready to get fit.

Fall/Spring Class Descriptions
Athletic Conditioning: Increase strength and stamina through intervals of resistance training and cardiovascular challenges. No sport or dance experience necessary. Just be ready to sweat! All level participants welcome.
Aqua Tone: Water Aerobics!! Class is held in the pool (Rm. 109). No swimming skills required. Use of water weights, kickboards and other equipment enable a whole body workout while bearing very little weight on joints.
Boot Camp: Beginner to high intensity class combining athletic moves, strength and toning exercises, and basic boot camp drills to make for a high-sweat hour of fitness fun! Specialty classes offered: check schedule weekly.
Cardio-Sculpt: High-intensity class designed to be a full body cardio and resistance training workout complete with all major muscle groups being targeted. A great stress-reliever and high-sweat class! All participants are welcome.
Core Combo: 30 minute class designed to both increase core strength and improve abdominal muscle toning. Class may include push-ups, lunges, planks, crunches, and more!
Crunch Time: Twenty minutes of great core exercises. It is ideal for a quick workout or in addition to a longer class.
Hustle: Take the fun factor up a notch with this easy to follow format of Hip Hop cardio dance. So you think you can’t dance? Anybody can HUSTLE!
Hustle Show: Hip Hop Hustle dance choreographed to fun music! No dance experience necessary. Just be ready to have fun and sweat!
PiYo: unique athletic blend of Pilates, Yoga, and more. The moves fit perfectly together to form choreography that is both fun and challenging. Some refer to it as yoga for the active mind.
Sculpt: Increase muscular strength and endurance while toning your muscles through a variety of exercises utilizing a combination of different techniques, dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight.
Step and Sculpt: This class is easy to follow, has clear examples and will allow time to practice proper techniques and exercise caution and skill development. The cardio-based step workout will include sculpting techniques to increase muscular strength and endurance while toning the muscles.
Turbo 101: Intro to Turbo Kick! Learn form and technique and basic moves of Turbo Kick all while getting a great cardio workout! This class is NOT mandatory to take before the Turbo Kick class.
Turbo Kick: Challenge yourself with athletic moves, sports drills and intense intervals in the form of kickboxing with a hip hop flare. Make your workout feel like a party!
Vinyasa Yoga: For intermediate to advanced yoga practitioners who already have a strong understanding of the basic poses.
Yoga: All levels welcome with instructions for beginners, intermediate and advanced versions of yoga poses. Great class to relieve stress.
Yoga Fit: All levels welcome to this more athletic/strength-based style of yoga.
20/20/20: 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of sculpt, and 20 minutes of stretching. This class is ideal for all participants from beginner to advanced.
