The West Center provides educational and recreational opportunities for the campus community in a safe, engaging environment promoting academic growth and healthy lifestyles. Construction of the West Center exemplifies Winthrop University's dedication to fostering the wellness of our students, faculty and staff.

Student Activity Center

The Student Activity Center (SAC), is located next to Withers. This full court basketball gym is host to most intramural sports as well as a wide variety of student sponsored activities. The SAC is not available for open recreation as it is usually reserved for events. This room can be reserved through the space request page for numerous events. Please contact the space use manager if you have questions about the use of this facility.
