Facilities
Position Status: Position Filled
General Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the 137,000 square foot facility.
- Hire, train, schedule, evaluate and retain quality weight room, front desk and facility supervisors.
- Conduct monthly/as needed student staff meetings and in-services.
- Update and maintain facility use policies.
- Assist with maintenance, inventory and purchasing of facility equipment.
- Monitor for safety and risk management issues.
- Assist in developing and implementing new ideas and concepts that will improve the program as a whole.
- Maintain an effective scheduling format that communicates areas that are in use to our patrons.
- Other duties as assigned.

Fitness & Aquatics
Position Status: Position Filled
General Responsibilities:
- Assist with the overall administration of the Fitness and Aquatics programs
- Certify lifeguards in: Lifeguard, CPR, AED and FA as needed.
- Assist in developing the monthly group fitness schedule and sub group fitness classes as needed.
- Assist with developing and implementing quarterly fitness incentive programs.
- Assist with the distribution, inventory, and maintenance of all fitness aquatics related equipment.
- Perform structured risk management drills for all West Center staff.
- Ensure that accurate program statistics are maintained for fitness and aquatics programs
- Other duties as assigned.

Intramural and Club Sports (2)
Position Status: Positions Filled
General Responsibilities:
- Assist with the overall administration of the Intramural and Club Sports programs.
- Assist with all student staff training that includes intramural officials, intramural supervisors and club sport supervisors.
- Work to recruit and retain student officials.
- Assist with the management of all intramural and club sports equipment.
- Create league and playoff schedules for all intramural sports leagues.
- Work with clubs to organize practice and game schedules.
- Assist with updating the club sports handbook.
- Assist with the training of all club sport officers.
- Set up monthly meetings with all club officers.
- Assist with the management of the club sports budget.
- Assist with the coordination of all club sports travel.
- Assist with set-up for all events.
- Other duties as assigned.
