Choice of Catalog
A regular undergraduate student may obtain a degree
according to the requirements set forth in the catalog in force at the time of
the student's initial enrollment as a regular undergraduate student at Winthrop.
However, when a student has been absent for a period of 12 months or more, he or she
must fulfill the requirements of the catalog in force at the time of re-enrollment
or a subsequent catalog in force during enrollments.
In all cases, a student is restricted in choice to the requirements of a specific
catalog and must graduate within a period of eight years from the date the
catalog was issued to claim the rights of that catalog.
How To Obtain a Printed Catalog
All undergraduate students receive a Winthrop University Catalog during Orientation.
Hard copy catalogs are available by contacting the Office
of Admissions or by going to the Office
of Records and Registration.
To receive a
graduate catalog,
contact the Graduate
School
in 209 Tillman Hall.
Degree Checklists
To
assist students in keeping up with their degree progress, a current listing of
all majors with their corresponding degree checklists can be found at the
University College Website.
