Psi Chi Membership Requirements as of 1/94

• Completion of at least 3 semesters

• Completion of at least 9 semester hours of psychology

• Official registration as a major or minor in Psychology

• Overall cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 and rank in the upper 35% of their class in general scholarship

• Psychology GPA of at least 3.0

• High standards of personal behavior

• 2/3rds affirmative vote of those present at a regular meeting of the Chapter

• Any Winthrop student with an interest in Psychology is eligible for membership in the Psychology Club.

Congratulations to our students who competed in the Statewide Psychology Bowl. We have placed well during the last several competitions and won in 2003.
