ROCK HILL, S.C. - Winthrop University’s 18th Annual Holiday Pottery Sale will take place on Friday, Dec. 7. Remember: The sale is always the first Friday in December.
The sale will take place in the ground floor of Rutledge Building in G-10. Organizers will open the doors at noon and close at 6 p.m.
The pottery for sale was crafted by students, including a strong senior class and a very talented group of underclassmen. Ceramics professor Jim Connell said students have been using the department’s newest high fire kiln, built this past year with proceeds from the past couple of pottery sales.
Only checks and cash will be accepted. For more information, contact the College of Visual and Performing Arts at 803/323-2323.
