ROCK HILL, S.C. - Winthrop University’s modified summer schedule began on June 1 and will end on Friday, Aug. 7. Most offices will observe the following modified summer work hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Friday: 8-11:30 a.m.
The offices listed below will follow the regular schedule or will have special business hours as noted. All other offices will follow the modified schedule.
Admissions: Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Arts & Sciences Dean’s Office
Athletic Department
Bookworm
Campus Police: The Campus Police Department will continue to operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week; however, administration and parking will observe the summer schedule.
Cashiers and Controllers Office
College of Arts & Sciences: Dean’s Offices and Student Services
Development Offices
Facilities Management Services: FM services will be provided Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m.-4:30 p.m., and Friday, 7-11 a.m. After 11 a.m. on Fridays, FM services will be provided only for emergency callbacks. FM managers will determine individual assignments.
Financial Aid: Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Graduate School
Health Services: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
Inn at Winthrop
Library: The library will be open to the public Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m.-noon (Friday afternoon by appointment only); and Sunday, 1-7 p.m.
Office of Public Events
Post Office: Public hours will be Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:30-11:30 a.m.
President’s Office
Records and Registration: Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
University Relations and Printing Services: Both offices will be open following the regular work schedule.
