ROCK HILL, S.C. — A world-class pianist and guest artist of the Charlotte Symphony will stop in Rock Hill for a special concert at Winthrop University’s Frances May Barnes Recital Hall on Sunday, Nov. 10.

Finghin Collins’ solo piano recital will feature works by Mozart, Debussy, Brahms and Schubert. The concert, which is part of the Friends of the Conservatory series, will begin at 4 p.m. Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for adults. It is an approved cultural event.

His career has also included collaborations with conductors such as Christoph Eschenbach, Myung-Whun Chung and Hans Graf.

In June of this year he made his debut with the London Pianoforte Series at the Wigmore Hall in London and in August made an appearance at the Aspen Music Festival in Colorado.
