Prange's poster
ROCK HILL, S.C. — The 2012 presidential election is over, but the voting doesn’t end there. Winthrop University
graphic design student
Heather Prange
is up for national recognition with a poster she created for
RecycleMania 2013
.
Prange, of Rock Hill, is a finalist in the
organization’s poster competition
and is just votes away from being the winner. Public voting began today, Nov. 8, and closes Thursday, Nov. 15.
Placed over a green background with repeated images of the recycling logo, Prange’s poster uses numbers and images to coherently convey the details of RecycleMania’s recycling competition, which lasts for eight weeks from Feb. 3-April 12. The graphic contains itself within the outline of a tree.
