ROCK HILL, S.C. – Pat Riley, president and chief operating officer of Allen Tate Realtors and Family of Companies, will deliver the spring M.B.A. lecture on March 28 at Winthrop University.

The free lecture will begin at 7 p.m. and will take place in Whitton Auditorium located inside of Vivian Moore Carroll Hall. The lecture is open to the public.

Riley began his career in the real estate business in 1972 and with the Allen Tate Company in 1992. He guides all aspects of the 54-year-old company as the region’s industry leader. In fact, Allen Tate Realtors is the top Carolinas-based real estate firm and ranks seventh among the country’s largest independently owned, non-franchised brokers, based on transaction sides.

Riley is widely recognized as a visionary leader in the real estate industry. He is the distinguished recipient of a number of national, state and local awards, and serves in a number of leadership roles in the community.

Riley graduated from Indiana State University of Pennsylvania.
