GOP Presidential Candidate Jon Huntsman Visits Campus Nov. 4

will visit Winthrop on Nov. 4 to promote his presidential campaign.
He will speak at 8 a.m. in the Tuttle Dining Room to area residents, faculty, staff and students. His visit is sponsored by the
College Republicans
.
As governor of Utah from 2004 to 2009, Huntsman simplified the tax structure, reduced taxes and spearheaded health care reform. He has extensive foreign policy experience, having served as U.S. Ambassador to Singapore and later as President Obama’s U.S. Ambassador to China.
