ROCK HILL, S.C. - An anonymous $200,000 cash gift will provide scholarship support for students from Chester County, S.C., in memory of Chester, S.C., resident Lucia Beason Bell.
The Lucia Beason Bell Endowed Scholarship provides renewable funds to Winthrop students studying any major who meet the academic requirements. It is available for freshmen and current students.
