ROCK HILL, S.C. - The summer work schedule for Winthrop University employees begins May 16 and continues through Friday, Aug. 5. Most university offices will observe the following modified summer work hours: Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m., and Friday: 8-11:30 a.m. The offices listed below will follow the regular schedule; special business hours are noted. All other offices will follow the modified schedule. Admissions: Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Arts & Sciences Dean's Office Athletic Department Winthrop University Bookstore Campus Police: The Campus Police Department will continue to operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week; however, administration and parking will observe the summer schedule. Center for Educator Recruitment, Retention, & Advancement: Monday-Wednesday, 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.; Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.; Friday, offices closed
College of Arts & Sciences: Dean’s Offices and Student Services; Department of Chemistry, Physics and Geology College of Education: Student Services
Development Offices Facilities Management Services: FM services will be provided Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m.-4:30 p.m., and Friday, 7-11 a.m. After 11 a.m. on Fridays, FM services will be provided only for emergency callbacks. FM managers will determine individual assignments. Graduate School Health and Counseling Services: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Inn at Winthrop Library: The library will be open to the public Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m.-noon (Friday afternoon by appointment only); and Sunday, 1-7 p.m. Office of Public Events Post Office: Public hours will be Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:30-11:30 a.m. President’s Office Records and Registration, Cashier's, Controller's Office and Financial Aid: These offices will follow a modified summer schedule with exception of the weeks beginning June 20 and June 27, in which the hours will be: Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
University Advancement and Enrollment Management: This office will follow the same modified summer schedule (with exceptions on the weeks of June 20 and June 27) as Records and Registration, Cashier's, Controller's Office and Financial Aid.
University Relations and Printing Services: Both offices will be open following the regular work schedule.
