The Culture Club is a young, new club on campus whose main goal is to bring together anyone in the Winthrop Community who is interested in different cultures. We work to expose students native to the U.S. to various cultures from around the world and to encourage a smooth integration of international students into the wider Winthrop Community. We also create a social network for students who have lived abroad or plan to live or study abroad. The Culture Club is always planning events and group outings for our members, like attending international and cultural festivals, having foreign film nights, going out to authentic international restaurants, having karaoke nights, going salsa dancing, or just providing an atmosphere for friendship to grow. We always welcome all new members and any new ideas!
