International Student Letter Request Form

The International Center will issue letters for students to request a driver’s license, apply for a social security number, invite family members to come to Winthrop for a graduation ceremony, etc.  In order for the International Center to issue a letter on your behalf, we require that you have a valid I-20 or DS-2019 form and be either a student in good standing at Winthrop or have valid work authorization as part of Optional Practical Training.
