State Benefits 

Notice 12/3/12:  Employee health insurance premium increases authorized by the Budget and Control Board in August have been put on hold by the South Carolina Supreme Court.  The Court will make a final decision regarding the increase after a hearing on January 23.  We will keep you informed of the changes as they occur.
