REGISTRATION AND FEE:
The test fee includes a $25.00 non-refundable,
non-transferable
registration fee. Candidates
should
register at least ten days prior to a desired test date.
Space is limited to the first eight applicants, so early registration is
recommended. To register in person,
please bring a $75.00 check or money order payable to Winthrop University
to
205
Crawford Building.
To register by mail, print and complete the MAT
registration form and mail along with a $75.00
check or money order payable to Winthrop University. The mailing address is Counseling Services-MAT, 205 Crawford Building,
Winthrop University, Rock Hill, SC 29733.
Candidates who have taken the MAT in the last 12
months must provide a retest ticket at the time of registration.
TEST LOCATION AND TIME:
Testing begins
promptly at the stated time and no candidate will be admitted afterward.
The MAT lasts 60 minutes, but
due to time required for completing necessary
paperwork, we suggest you allow a total of 1 1/2 hrs.
Please bring two forms of identification, including one photo ID, and several #2 pencils.
Counseling Services reserves the right to cancel
any test date due to a lack of registrants nine days prior to a test date and/or
circumstances beyond our control affecting the university.
NOTE: Please allow
for time to find parking.
VISITOR REGISTRATION:
Visitors parking on University property must have a
'Visitor Parking' permit. Ten days prior to a testing date, we will mail a
permit to each registered candidate. Otherwise you must go to the Campus
Police Department to obtain the parking permit. Visitor vehicle registration is free
