National Pan-Hellenic Council
National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) is the governing body of the historically African-American fraternities and sororities and is responsible for setting standards and policy for the chapters at Winthrop University. Members of the council consist of seven executive board members and one delegate from each of the seven organizations. The council provides programming, fellowship, and information to the members of NPHC through educational programs, roundtables, and forums. They are also responsible for NPHC Unwritten Rules.
