MBA with Strategic Leadership Concentration

The general MBA program is a 36 graduate hour program, including 9 hours of electives. For the MBA/Strategic Leadership Concentration, 5 years of professional work experience is required, and the student must enroll in the nine (9) hours of electives as follows:

MGMT 675 Leadership Dynamics
MGMT 622 Advanced Human Resources Management and Labor Relations

And, one of the following courses:
BADM 600 International Field Experience 
Or
BADM 633 International Business Culture

Applicants will be required to meet the same admission and prerequisite requirements as the traditional program, and in addition, must submit a resume to demonstrate the required minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
