South Carolina Need Based Grant

The South Carolina Need-Based Grant is awarded to the neediest students who submit their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by March 1.

As a public institution, Winthrop University receives limited funding from the State of South Carolina for this program.  Recipients must be SC residents who also meet certain eligibility and renewal requirements.
