Sign the Master Promissory Note (MPN) online
**To complete the Master Promissory Note online, you must use the same PIN that was used to complete the online FAFSA. **
If you do not have a PIN, you may request a pin online. You should receive the PIN within 72 hours.
Once you have your FAFSA PIN:
- Go to Federal Student Aid Master Promissory Note
- Click on Complete New MPN for Student Loans and click OK to proceed.
- Make sure the Subsidized/Unsubsidized MPN type is selected and click on “continue.”
- Follow all 9 steps to complete the online note.
