Job Description:                        Major Responsibilities: 
• Greet walk-in visitors and answer phone calls with a friendly attitude
• Work on projects related to initiatives in the college
• Interact with other offices on campus in a professional manner
• Make copies, file, and do other office support tasks as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrative Coordinator 

Specific Skills:                          Qualifications:
• Current student at Winthrop in good academic standing
• Eligible for Federal Work Study assistance
• Proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Organized and able to multi-task with frequent interruptions
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally
• Personable and collegial with a positive attitude

Hourly Pay Rate:
                        $8.00

Weekly Hours:
                            5 - 10

Days & Hours:
                             One student will be needed from 2:30-4pm on Friday afternoons; other hours will depend on student availability.
