Job Description:                        Major Responsibilities: 
• Greet walk-in visitors and answer phone calls with a friendly and professional attitude
• Run errands and hand-deliver paperwork around campus
• Interact with other offices on campus in a professional manner
• Make copies, file, and do other office support tasks as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrative Coordinator 

Specific Skills:                          Qualifications:
• Current student at Winthrop in good academic standing
• Eligible for Federal Work-Study assistance
• Proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Organized and able to multi-task with frequent interruptions
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally
• Personable and collegial with a positive attitude and professional appearance

Hourly Pay Rate:
                        $8.00

Weekly Hours:
                            12 (can be split among multiple students)

                            Monday - Thursday, 9:00 am - 11:00 am; Fridays, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

                                         The work hours are not flexible, so please do not apply if you're not available at all during the times we need someone. We don't expect a single student to cover all of the hours, though, so if you're only available Tuesday and Thursday mornings, for example, that's just fine.
