Job Title: Call Center Representative
Job Description: Duties include answering the Call Center telephone and entering service requests into ticket tracking system. Duties also include prioritizing service requests, reporting and identifying trends.
Specific Skills: Excellent communication skills. Calm and patient demeanor. Positive attitude. Willingness to learn. Ability to work with a team. Typing skills. Intermediate level of experience needed with Microsoft Office and some other computer basics. Computer literacy preferred. All graduate and undergraduate majors welcome!

Hourly Pay Rate: $8.00
Weekly Hours: 5 - 15
Days and Hours: Scheduled at time of hire.
