COMPOSITION

The Winthrop University Real Estate Foundation Board of Directors is composed of alumni and friends of the university. The officers consist of  president,  senior vice president, and secretary/treasurer. The vice president for university advancement/executive director of the Winthrop University Foundation serves as vice president and is the chief executive officer of WUREF.

The assistant vice president for WUREF is the chief operating officer and responsible for daily operations. The director of financial affairs for Winthrop University Foundation, associate vice president for facilities management, vice president for finance and business, and the assistant vice president all serve as non-voting ex officio directors.

Automatic directors include the vice president for university advancement/executive director of Winthrop University Foundation, the chairperson of the Winthrop University Foundation Operations Committee, the director of financial affairs for Winthrop University Foundation, and the assistant vice president for WUREF.
