Basic Information Sources for Nutrition

This is a list of some general reference sources for the field of human nutrition.  Remember that human nutrition is an interdisciplinary field and you may also want to use resources from subjects such as biology, psychology, and education.  Also remember that this is not a comprehensive list.  Dacus Library has many other books in the field of human nutrition.  Try starting with a word search in DOC for your topic or a subject search for nutrition.  For additional sources, you also may want to look at the research guide "Nutrition:  Cultural Foods" which can be found under the Research Guides section of the Library web site.
