September 2006 Exhibit- Tribute to Louis Pettus

The Dacus exhibit for the month of September is a tribute to Louise Pettus.  She is a retired Winthrop professor and an historian par excellence.  The exhibit features photographs, books, articles, biographical material, and other papers relating to her life and career.  The Archives has recently been renamed The Louise Pettus Archives and Special Collections in her honor.
