A native of Greensboro, NC, Larsen has lived on the Isle of Palms, SC, Spartanburg, SC, and Rock Hill, SC since 1993 when she arrived at Winthrop University as a student.
She has worked in the College of Visual and Performing Arts Dean's Office since 1997. Larsen serves as a cultural events team member for the annual ChristmasVille in Rock Hill Festival.
