Floyd has worked with the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) since 1999 and has been a member of Local 322 in Charlotte since 2002. During this time she has worked as a stitcher with North Carolina Dance Theatre and Opera Carolina, as well as touring shows including Mamma Mia! and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. She has worked as a dresser on many productions such as The Lion King, Les Misérables, Phantom of the Opera, Rag Time, Oklahoma!, Fiddler on the Roof, Spamalot, and 42nd Street, to name a few.
She is a native South Carolinian, and Floyd recently completed her M.B.A. degree at Winthrop.
