1. Course/Instructor evaluations must be completed by the last class meeting and returned to the Associate Dean. Guidelines for administration of course evaluations are included in the evaluation packet. It is important that the instructor arrange for a class participant or other faculty member to administer the evaluations. Evaluations can be mailed in the self-addressed envelope provided and should be returned within one week of the final class.
2. Results of course evaluations and copies of the participant’s written responses will be mailed to each contact person during the semester following the conclusion of their course. All course evaluations are machine scored at the close of each academic semester. Because WPDC course beginning and ending dates do not always match the academic calendar, there may be a delay in the return of the evaluations.
