Dr. Green brings to education a point of view shaped by expertise and experience in basic and applied psychology. She served as a school psychologist in Oregon and South Carolina for ten years, focusing on academic interventions to enhance student achievement. She earlier taught introductory and social psychology for ten years at George Washington University in Washington D.C. She is lead author on a recently published text, Assessment is Essential (McGraw-Hill, 2010), and she has published a number of articles related to all facets of her work.
