    He has had a number of replies from editors and contributors to his circular letter, and also a positive letter of support from Professor Correale.

    Peter Nicholson will be sending his FriT to Pearsall as well as Correale for final checking.

    Peter Nicholson has volunteered to do MLT if Correale wishes to relinquish it and no one else is earmarked.

    Bibliography: A single composite bibliography is not appropriate, since the range of materials referred to will be so heterogenous. But there should be a set of standardized abbreviations. This could readily be made up and available electronically if editors send in suggested entries to Prof. Correale; overlaps and inconsistencies could then be easily detected and corrected. Professor Correale probably already has a draft of such a list.
