Justine is an alumni of Boise State University. Her work at Winthrop is focused around childhood obesity and healthy lifestyles. She coordinates volunteer opportunities for Winthrop students at the Rock Hill Community Garden, MLK day of Service, Healthy Kids Club, and Eat Smart Move More. She also assists with the Helping Hands residential community floors.
