Internships

Most degree options in the College of Business offer the opportunity to complete an internship for academic credit toward the major. In order to get academic credit for an internship, students must meet certain pre-requisite requirements and complete a number of written assignments. Healthcare Management majors are required to complete an internship. Interested students should familiarize themselves with the internship requirements

Students can also choose to complete an internship for an elective course: BADM 340. This also requires a minimum number of work hours and written assignments. This elective class is managed through the Center for Career and Civic Engagement.

Student Organizations

Many business students choose to join one of the available College of Business student organizations and honor societies, in addition to the many campus-wide organizations available.

Student Professional Development

Student professional development is a priority for College of Business students. We offer a yearly Student Professional Development conference which features guest speakers and workshops to help students prepare for careers. Resume review and interview skill-building opportunities also exist.

Transfer Guides

Transfer Guides provide information specifically for new transfer students who are entering into a degree program in the College of Business.
