Students seeking the Sociology Major with a Concentration in Criminology will no longer be required to take Political Science 310 (The Judiciary). Therefore, the total number hours required for the concentration will be reduced to 33 hours. This modification applies to students under the 2008-2009 catalog and all prior catalogs. |

Students seeking the Sociology Major will be allowed to use ANTH 302 (Anthropological Theory) or SOCL 302 (Social Theory) in the place of SOCL 502. This modification applies to all students in catalogues prior to 2009-2010. |

All Student prior to 2009-2010 catalogue may choose to follow the current Anthropology minor's requirements. |
