GRA Role

A Research Assistant at the Center for Social Welfare Research & Assessment works with faculty and staff on activities related to the development, implementation, analysis, and dissemination of evaluation and research projects. Research Assistants will be actively involved in data collection that will include telephonic and face to face interviews using pre-developed instruments. Research Assistants are also responsible for data compilation, data entry, coordinating field research, and other duties as assigned.

Research Assistant Requirements

  • Ability to maintain accountability and confidentiality
  • Ability to manage time and work independently
  • Capacity for teamwork
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must be able to work at least 10 hours per week
