Mass Communication
Applying to the major
All entering mass communication students are classified as pre-majors until you complete WRIT 101, HMXP 102, MATH 150, ECON 215, MCOM 205 and MCOM 241 and have attained a 2.0 or higher grade-point average, at which time you can apply for admission to the degree program.

Internship forms
Mass Communication Internship Package (pdf - 128.39 KB) has the necessary information and forms for obtaining WU credit for your internship. Be sure to also print out the Check Sheet for Internships (pdf - 75.61 KB) to help you in the process. Individual MCOM internship forms are also available if you need separate documents.

Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC)
Applying to the major
All entering Integrated Marketing Communication students are classified as pre-majors until after they have completed MATH 150, WRIT 101, HMXP 102, ECON 215, CSCI 101 and IMCO 105 and have attained a 2.0 or higher grade-point average, at which time they can apply for admission to the degree program.
