Tori is the Project Coordinator for Medicaid Special Projects with the Center for Social Welfare Research and Assessment (CSWRA). She designs and conducts program evaluation for state sponsored programs gathering data to inform policy and improve service delivery for program participants in South Carolina. Tori earned her MSW from Winthrop University focusing on mental health, while also working as a graduate research assistant in the CSWRA. She has experience working in both inpatient and community behavioral health programs, planning and facilitating psycho-therapeutic groups and working to empower individuals using Dialectical Behavioral therapy.
