Dr. Victoria Evans, a New York native, received her doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University. She completed her postdoctoral residency in Clinical Neuropsychology at Kaise Permanente in Sacremento, California. She teaches General Psychology and Health Psychology and Behavioral Medicine.
