Dr. Shen is an adjunct instructor in the Department of World Languages and Cultures at Winthrop. He is from Shanghai. Shen studied in China, France (La Sorbonne), and Canada. He received his doctorate in French linguistics from Laval University in Canada. Shen has taught courses in French and Chinese in different levels. His research interest focuses on comparative linguistics.
