Professor Henderson is originally from New Hampshire and she moved to Rock Hill in 1982 to attend Winthrop. After graduation in 1985, she worked as the food service director for a large nursing home and a small children’s hospital. She has had her own consulting business since 1989. Her work has been primarily in clinical settings, and she works currently for Rock Hill Gynecological and Obstetrical Associates, PA. She enjoys public speaking on topics of nutrition.
Henderson has two children.
