Ms. Gradillas is the director of operations at the Center for Social Welfare Research and Assessment in the Department of Social Work. She has more than 15 years of experience in human services, including six years active duty as a behavioral science specialist in the U.S. Army. In addition to her experience as a practitioner in mental health, substance abuse, and working with children and families, Gradillas has eight years' experience as an administrator in program design, evaluation, and leadership development.
