The Taming of the Shrew
Presented by Shakespeare Carolina in association with Winthrop University
Winthrop Amphitheatre
Tickets: $5 and $3 with a Welcome Week Pass

William Shakespeare's famous battle of the sexes is anything but tame! Lovely Bianca is the prize to be won by all, but not until a husband is found for her fiery older sister Kate who may just outsmart them all. Shakespeare's original screwball comedy that inspired the film 10 Things I Hate About You is a delightful romp of quick-witted dialog and rollocking physical comedy that reminds us of the outrageous things we do for the human heart.
