Transcript Request Forms

1. For students who have not previously enrolled at Winthrop University - print this form and submit it to the appropriate records official to request that your high school transcript be sent to Winthrop University:  Transcript Request Form
   
   
2. For students who have not previously enrolled at Winthrop University - print this form and submit it to the appropriate records official to request that your college transcript be sent to Winthrop University:  Transcript Request Form
