  I completed the Teacher Cadet course in high school. How can I receive college credit for this course?

  Each Teacher Cadet high school is affiliated with a four-year university that is located in the immediate vicinity. If your high school is affiliated with Winthrop, the course will be posted to your Winthrop transcript. If your high school is affiliated with another university, your Teacher Cadet instructor can tell you if that university will award credit (the credit policy varies by institution).

If you determine that you will receive college credit for the course, you should request that the university send an official transcript to the Office of Admissions. We cannot accept Teacher Cadet credit that is printed on high school transcripts.
