Frequently Asked Questions
Can I transfer if I haven't completed 30 hours?
You can be considered for transfer admission at any point in your college career. All transfer applicants must be eligible to return to the last college or university attended, and must present a minimum GPR of 2.0 for the last term of attendance.
Transfer applicants who have completed 13 or more semester hours must present a cumulative GPR of 2.0. If a student has attended more than one college or university, a cumulative GPR from all schools attended will be calculated.
Transfer applicants who have attempted 12 or fewer semester hours will be evaluated on their college work, high school performance, and test scores (when applicable.) Emphasis will be placed on the student's performance in college.
Note: All applicants who have completed fewer than 30 hours must submit an official copy of their high school transcript or GED to verify completion of high school.
