1. For students who have not previously enrolled at Winthrop University - print this form and submit it to the appropriate records official to request that your high school transcript be sent to Winthrop University:  Transcript Request Form
   
   
2. For students who have not previously enrolled at Winthrop University - print this form and submit it to the appropriate records official to request that your college transcript be sent to Winthrop University:  Transcript Request Form
   
   
3. For admitted freshmen - print this form to request that your final high school transcript be sent to Winthrop University: (final high school transcript)
   
   
4. For students who are requesting a Winthrop University transcript - print this form to request that the Winthrop University Office of Records and Registration send a copy of your Winthrop transcript to you or another part:  Transcript Request Form
