Office of Academic Space and Scheduling

The Academic Space & Scheduling Office, created in February 2008 and reporting to the Department of Accreditation, Accountability, and Academic Services, works collaboratively with various units to create and maintain a schedule of courses that best meets student and faculty needs while efficiently and effectively using classroom space across campus. The office reports classroom utilization, inventories academic space and equipment, and liaises with Facilities Management and Design & Development to ensure that the university’s academic facilities support quality teaching and engaged learning.
