Office of Academic Data Management and Solutions

The Office of Academic Data Management and Solutions has the responsibility of providing timely information solutions to faculty and staff of the Winthrop University community. Our mission is accomplished by:

All ADMSReports are in normal operating mode.

  ADMSReports will not be available until Tuesday, May 7th due to end of semester grading. Thank you for your patience.
 
  Refreshes are now on a daily schedule of 3am, 10am, 12pm, 3pm, and 5pm and they take approximately 10 - 20 minutes to complete.
Please do not run any reports from:
  • 10:00 am – 10:20 am
  • 12:00 pm – 12:20 pm
  • 3:00 pm – 3:20 pm
  • 5:00 pm – 5:20 pm
  • The 10 am refresh in particular often takes 20 minutes or more. These times are estimates as the refresh is dependent on the number of changes made to Banner.
